Salt Lake Express and Lisa Young, the Director of Charter Sales, are unfair, extremely unprofessional, and don't deserve any more customers. How many bus stations are there in Salt Lake City? It's about how they speak to and treat their customers. ![]() At this point, it's not even about the incompetence of their drivers. She did not listen to our reasoning, cut us off after 2 minutes, told us that if we didn't pay in full immediately she'd send us to collections and hung up on us. ![]() LISA YOUNG was the most immature, unprofessional, and rudest person we've ever spoken to. We finally got someone on the phone with us. Since our guests were an hour late and we were harassed with countless phone calls while trying to enjoy our wedding, we requested an adjustment in payment to reflect the services that were actually rendered as agreed. It is the official address of the venue and worked for everyone except this supposedly professional transportation company. Kimball Home, First West, First N, Salt Lake City, UT. When we explained this to the company after the wedding, they told us it was our fault because the address we provided didn't work with the driver's GPS system. It is a popular wedding venue and no other guests had any issues finding it so this was a ridiculous situation. The driver drove them 30 minutes away from the reception, got completely lost, and called us a dozen times to figure out how to get to the venue. We used Salt Lake Express to shuttle guests to our wedding reception. ![]() ![]() He did get there, but I was not impressed with the whole experience, which was unclear, unprofessional, and even a little scary.ĪVOID THIS COMPANY! I've never experienced worse service from a business. While I was looking it up for him to text to his private phone, he said "I usually drop in at the bar between drives, so I'll just take him in with me and then drop him off at the university after that." When I didn't respond, and continued working on the text, the driver said to the woman next to me, "I don't think she caught that." The woman appropriately replied, "I'm sure she heard you she didn't think it was funny! We're all an hour late to get where we need to go, and you're making jokes about taking her minor into a bar." That was exactly how I felt it was no laughing matter and made me nervous to put my son on that bus, especially since the driver didn't seem to know where he was being dropped off ahead of time of course I wasn't laughing! Then when they arrived in Saint George, the driver dropped him off at the bus station instead of the university, and they had him take a taxi over to the university, which made him even later. When I put him on the bus, the driver seemed surprised that he needed to be dropped off at the university, and asked me to text him the address, even though it was part of the ticket purchase process he should have had it noted with the reservation also, it's not hard to ask Google the address for Utah Tech University. My son is a minor, and was travelling with a "door to door" ticket, meaning it prompts you to type in the address for dropoff within the given zip codes, and the bus is to drop you off at that location. No heads up was given beforehand, so we had to wait at the outside station with no bathrooms, and of course my son was over an hour late to his destination. The bus was a full hour late for departure. ![]()
